  1. Place steaks into resealable plastic bag.
  2. Pour mustard over steak in bag. Seal bag. Refrigerate 3 hours. Discard marinade. Sprinkle steaks with salt & pepper and seasoning if using.
  3. Grill steaks over medium-high heat for 15 min. or until medium-rare (140°F in center), turning once halfway. Let steak rest 10 min. before slicing.
